Job Description

 Technical support to the customer for Industrial Automation product.
 Provide effective and efficient coordination to customer to fulfill his need satisfactory.
 Need to enhance knowledge of detailed functionality and parameter of AC motors & drives, Servo motor & drives, Stepper motor & drives, Controller, Sensor and provide the appropriate support to the customer.
 Company is developing customized product and software to give unique solution, according to requirement of the applications (machine’s functions & features). Technical support engineer must understand its functionality from R & D personnel. Develop troubleshooting technique from the previous experience and forth coming problems to give appropriate and quick support to customer to keep their machines running smoothly.
Note: Need to give solution to the customer for the electronic/electric system provided by the company. Solution to the other problems in the machines is not in scope.
 Efficient use of Multimeter to troubleshoot different problems.
 Testing and troubleshooting of control panel.
 PCB level testing, troubleshooting and repairing of industrial automation products.
Note: Thorough training will be provided if candidate has not enough knowledge of this.
 Other technical work according to requirements, with guidance provided by the company.
