Job Description   
        ·        Generating, developing and conversion of leads to donations through various Direct Marketing Activities, Marketing Promotional Activities, Acquisition of HNI’s, Open Market Sales.
·        Maintaining relationships with donors for continued relationship.
·        Initial scanning of potential open calls through various platforms.
·        Responsible for field sales sourcing business from existing customer base as well as fresh business.
·        Involve in daily sales activities along with donor service and relationship building
·        Achieve individual productivity and given targets month on month ensuring business & company hygiene
·        Stay in line with the direct marketing initiatives and drive aggressively
·        Work with colleagues, as and when required, to convert a relationship into proposal submission and funding MoUs.
·        Take lead in developing initial “pitching” documents to the identified donors, including grant proposals and concept notes
