THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Sales Manager to grow our reseller and direct advertising sales business. A successful candidate in this role will grow with the company in this ground floor opportunity and likely take on the leadership role of building and managing a global sales team and reseller network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve sales goals by providing leadership as a coach and sales leader.
Develop the direct service offering into an effective way to generate new customers; prioritize strategies and tactics, create sales programs, and execute.
Coordinate sales activity and establish processes to improve productivity.
Contribute to the management team by providing analysis and insights into the most effective ways to develop and support the program.
Build an extraordinary team by sourcing, hiring, and training top performers.
