Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals (with 4+ years exp) to join our team for the role of Senior System Admin.

We work together from our Cochin and London office simultaneously and become part of a global team.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Previous experience working within a web/server hosting environment.

- Good solid understanding of server security issues and best practices for
security policies

- Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance
of system hardware, software, firewall, and related infrastructure.

- Provide server administration and technical support to UK clients in web
hosting, Domain renewals and website email account support.

- Resolving customer issues via email, telephone and occasionally in person on
client sites.

- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a support service environment
and make sound decisions in emergency situations.

- Perform routine back-ups and archival of files stored on the network
to assist with disaster recovery.

- Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users
and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.

- Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection
software

- Monitoring firewall, system performance, and troubleshooting issues.

- Administration of PHP & WordPress instances.

- Install and support database instances.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

MCA/B.Tech Graduates

Min 4 years' of experience in the relevant field
