To oversee the financial and management accounting responsibilities of the Company
To administer the day-to-day human resources functions, including payroll accounting
To oversee the general affairs and administrative matters of the Company, including IT, corporate affairs and liaison with parent company in Singapore.
Degree in Accounting ;· Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management would be an added advantage ;At least 8 years relevant working experience ; Must be fully conversant with Indian Labor Laws, Company laws, accounting practices/standards and relevant regulations & legislation. ; Hands on experience in Microsoft software applications; Strong command of English and good interpersonal communication skills

The assistants will be in support role to the Finance & Administrative Manager. They will also be involved in office administration.

To prepare the marine offshore /drilling rig mechanical arrangement drawings, HVAC calculation, schematics, ventilation ducting drawings , test memos preparation for different mechanical systems & equipments and interference checking.

To design/prepare electrical one line diagrams , cableway and lighting arrangement drawings,fire and gas system and other instrument system drawings.

Qualification & Experience
Degree holders (for the positions of Engineers)and Diploma holders for the positions of designers and draftsmen . Applicant without minimum qualification but with relevant good experience will also be considered. For designer/ draftsmen positions, experience in drafting, Autocad 2D drafting is a must. Familiarity in TRIBON experience will be an added advantage. Applicants should have minimum 5 years experience preferrably in ship/offshore design engineering in the respective discipline and should be familiar with all relevant Rules and Standards.
